The Jungle

My uncle works at the jungle.  I remember when I was little and I thought it was the S**T!!! But now they have the same old stuff and same old arcade games and that they havent bought anything new.  I can't imagine working at such a boring place like that.  Shoot even the pizza is fake.  They make it look like they make it from scratch but the truth is they have it already pre-cooked.  They get it from COSTCO.

The Ukulele

Portugeese had a big influence on it.  They came to Hawaii and were playing their small guitars and the natives came and listened to them sing.  They liked the music so much that they made a guitar of their own. And now it has become an icon for Hawaiians. 

This Summer

I'm going to Hawaii for two weeks then I am going to Guam.  After that I am going to Yap.  I never been to Hawaii before but my ma says we are going to see my family there.  I've been to Guam and it is so sweet and chill.  It is like hecka sweet and the ocean is warm.  I want to go to Lost Pond when I am there.  Lost pond is a small pond but goes down to like 20 feet.  There is a diving jump there.

Take things for granted

I take a lot of things for granted. But now I look back and think about all the things I have.    Like we are the only school in SJUSD to be able to take laptops home.    Like  how I have  hecka family and how my parents still have a job.  I learned not to take things for granted.  Be thankful for everything you have right now for it could be worse.

This Weekend

this weekend was pretty sweet I went to Hellyer park. There is this one spot in the back of the park, under the freeway entrance, across the mini river, and through the forest that has a wall all for tagging. The place is called “World’s Art”. It has so many sick designs of graffiti. They have one drawing for every month. My cousin told me to take pictures of him acting like he was tagging with an empty spray can. WHAT A RETARD!!!! haha but yeah it looks pretty real.

210!!!!!!

dang i checked my grades and the blogs are currently 210 points!!!!!!!!! that is a lot of points. That is why my grades in Thompson’s class is kinda low. Imma raise it because I know I will. dude 210 POINTS!!!!! that is crazy.

Island Festival

Violet is hosting an island festival in June.  Since I am an islander I am gonna have to perform with my family. I'm gonna have to do the haka.  The haka is a an island dance used to scare the non-locals.  So basically if you ever stepped into a Pacific island and saw men coming at you, you would probably pee in your pants.  They weren't supposed to touch the people but hey we break the rules.  The chant translated in engloish means "drive this evil spirit away, may it never step back in this land,  may the god of war give us the strength to overcome".
