-Exploitation, cover ups, disruption of political, keeping wealthy in power, oppressing minorities, keeping poor poor and rich rich, killing political leaders who are against beliefs, imperialism, capitalism, corrupt puppet governments,

Exploitation- poor 3rd world countries, countries, ourselves, economic situations, affairs of government

Disruption- organization

keeping wealthy in power- they give money, poor continues to work for rich

oppressing minorities- keep them down so you can't rise, elite stay elite, no voice for them, denying rights to minorities

killing political leaders- killing them to get what America wants

Zach was surrounded by racism early in his childhood, he looked to these people for his motivation and inspiration for his life.

Bradbury's Writing Style

Bradbury likes to use personification. His diction makes the non living alive. Also he is influencing the readers secretly but not so secretly like the quote on page 59.

Banned Books

-Books are banned mainly because of sexual contents or religion.

-If we have freedom of speech then why should these books be banned?

-I read To Kill a Mockingbird, The Color Purple and Of Mice and Men. If I did not read these books my outlook on life would have been more narrow than now. I would probably not have question life as I do now.
